Der sich tagt\u00e4glich dramatisch versch\u00e4rfende Personalmangel im  Gesundheitswesen wird bislang ausschlie\u00dflich als Mangel an \u00c4rzten  wahrgenommen.<\/p>\n<p>Unbemerkt von der \u00d6ffentlichkeit und ignoriert von  Tr\u00e4gern und Politik besteht schon heute eine riesige L\u00fccke zwischen  Angebot und Nachfrage an Pflegefachkr\u00e4ften\u2019 sagt Andreas Westerfellhaus,  Pr\u00e4sident des DPR. Damit werden unsere Versorgungsstrukuren nachhaltig  gef\u00e4hrdet und besch\u00e4digt. Die Politik befasst sich trotz aller Warnungen  durch Fachleute allein mit Fragen der Sicherstellung der \u00e4rztlichen  Versorgung.
