Abgefragt wurden u. a. Aspekte der Personalausstattung, behindernde Faktoren in der t\u00e4glichen Arbeitssituation und Einsch\u00e4tzungen der Zukunft der Pflegeberufe.<br \/>\n\u201eMit den Ergebnissen der Umfrage stehen nun endlich Daten zur Verf\u00fcgung, die ein deutliches Schlaglicht auf die Arbeitssituation deutscher Pflegekr\u00e4fte und die problematischen Auswirkungen von Personalabbau, \u00d6konomisierung und halbherzigen Reformbestrebungen der Politik werfen\u201c, so Johanna Kn\u00fcppel, Referentin des DBfK. \u201e\u00dcber Jahre hat man nicht sehen wollen, was sich immer drastischer abgezeichnet hat: Pflege in Deutschland ist gef\u00e4hrlich geworden \u2013 f\u00fcr Patienten und Pflegebed\u00fcrftige wie f\u00fcr Pflegekr\u00e4fte. Im Bericht kommen neben den reinen Zahlen diejenigen zu Wort, die uns durch ihre Antworten Einblick in ihre Sorgen und ihren Alltag gegeben haben.
