Sie kann vom niedergelassenen Facharzt verordnet werden und ist daraufhin, orientiert am Bedarf der Betroffenen, aufsuchend t\u00e4tig. Die Ambulante psychiatrische Pflege unterst\u00fctzt die soziale Integration des psychisch kranken Menschen, tr\u00e4gt zur Vermeidung oder Verk\u00fcrzung von station\u00e4ren Aufenthalten bei und vermeidet den f\u00fcr die betroffenen Menschen h\u00e4ufig sehr belastenden Wechsel von psychiatrischen Diensten je nach Behandlungsbedarf.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mit diesen Angeboten orientieren wir uns an den F\u00e4higkeiten und Ressourcen der Betroffenen.
