AO-Interventionen beziehen sich auf die Behandlung psychisch erkrankter Patienten in unserer Gesellschaft und k\u00f6nnen durch verschiedene multidisziplin\u00e4re Dienstleistungen ausgef\u00fchrt werden. Obwohl nicht alle europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4nder \u00fcber \u201eAssertive Outreach \u2013 Angebote\u201c verf\u00fcgen, k\u00f6nnen die bestehenden Programme stark voneinander abweichen, insbesondere hinsichtlich der organisatorischen Strukturen, der Patientengruppen, der Patientenbeteiligung und den Forschungsergebnissen. In einigen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern ist AO weit verbreitet, w\u00e4hrend andere L\u00e4nder erst dabei sind AO einzuf\u00fchren. In vielen weiteren L\u00e4ndern wird derzeit kein AO angeboten. Die EAOF bringt Kliniker, Forscher und andere beteiligte Instanzen zusammen, um die ambulante Pflege psychisch Erkrankter durch<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>die Betrachtung der individuellen Lage<\/li>\n<li> Steigerung der Behandlungsmotivation und Versorgungskontinuit\u00e4t<\/li>\n<li> st\u00e4rkere Beteiligung von Betroffenen und ihren Familien<\/li>\n<li>Ber\u00fccksichtigung von Rehabilitation und Recovery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die EAOF hat das Ziel mithilfe von 2-j\u00e4hrig stattfindenden internationalen AO-Konferenzen in einem der europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4nder ein europ\u00e4isches AO-Netzwerk zu schaffen. Die EAOF f\u00f6rdert die l\u00e4nder\u00fcbergreifende Forschung, um die unterschiedlichen AO-Modelle bez\u00fcglich ihres Kostennutzens &#8211; sowie die Entwicklung und Einf\u00fchrung anderer evidenzbasierter Verfahren innerhalb des AO-Zusammenhangs &#8211; zu untersuchen und untereinander zu vergleichen.
