Aus-, Fort-, und Weiterbildungen liegen bei vielen Kollegen oft schon l\u00e4nger zur\u00fcck. Berufserfahrung wird dabei leider nur am Rande erw\u00e4hnt. Auch die Tatsache, dass es vielen gar nicht mehr m\u00f6glich ist, neben Beruf und Familie zus\u00e4tzlichen Aufwand f\u00fcr Fort- und Weiterbildung zu leisten, geht in der \u00f6ffentlichen Diskussion um \u201elebenslanges Lernen\u201c und der Forderung nach st\u00e4ndiger Weiterqualifizierung unter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die BAPP hat hierzu im Januar 2013 einen Tagungs-Workshop \u201e&#8230; wie, ich soll noch studieren?\u201c abgehalten und diese Aspekte best\u00e4tigt bekommen. Nun wollen wir als Berufsorganisation etwas tun, um ein Angebot auch f\u00fcr berufst\u00e4tige Praktiker und Interessierte zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hierzu haben wir gemeinsam mit Dr. Sabine Weissflog aus unserem Wissenschaftlichen Beirat einen Fragebogenkatalog entwickelt, der uns dabei helfen soll, ihnen ein m\u00f6glichst passendes Fortbildungsangebot vorzulegen.<br \/>\nErste Ergebnisse der Befragung k\u00f6nnen wir ihnen vielleicht sogar schon auf der 24. BAPP-Bundestagung in Berlin (29. &#8211; 31.01.15) vorstellen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diese Befragung soll ausdr\u00fccklich nicht auf die BAPP beschr\u00e4nkt bleiben.
